#130103 Snowy River Sunrise

Making sure it faced East, I had scouted this location and attempted this shot many times previously over a couple years. But I needed an unfrozen river, with fresh snowfall, the storm to clear, but not blowing it off the trees, and a colorful sunrise. I drove, hiked through the deep snow, and waited in the cold darkness again. I was finally rewarded with this beautiful winter sunrise. |
