I like to think of this as MY swimming hole. I know, no one owns the river (thankfully), but if anyone has legitimate claim to a spot, this would be mine, as I have a nice flat rock that I’ve been hanging out on for over 40 years. The water isn’t super deep, but enough to play around and sit in, on a hot summer day. I’ve looked at this scene forever, and thought it would make a geat image at sunrise, with the right conditions. This image was my third attempt, waiting in the dark for something special. Something special it was:)
